It does not matter if you use the SHARED-BIKE or not.  if you go to pick up a shared-bike, only to find many of them scattered around the ground, do you enjoy pulling them up first?  how about the businesses owner?  can you ignore the energy and labour cost for the rental company to haul the bikes back to the right places?   What if a bike fallS down the stairs and CAUSES INJURIES?  dO YOU WANT YOUR TAX MONEY TO PAY THE HOSPITAL BILLS AND LAWSUIT costs?  i won’t like it.
